Karen has worked in the Home Mortgage industry for over 25 years, 23 of which have been in Olympia, WA. Karen is certified by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
A lifelong resident of Olympia, Jill has spent 23 years in the Mortgage Banking/Finance industry in the Olympia area. Her extensive FHA/VA lending background includes 10+ years of processing. FHA Chums U/W approval certificate and underwriting and closing experience.
Jeny has worked in the Mortgage Broker industry for 10+ years as a Loan Processor in the Olympia area. She has taken her years of experience & knowledge of the Mortgage industry to a higher level by becoming a Loan Officer in early 2007.
Amanda grew up in Montana and moved to Olympia in 1998. She has extensive experience, having worked in both Title and Escrow departments for 7 years before joining Advantage Home Loans in 2005.
