Karen has worked in the Home Mortgage industry for over 25 years, 23 of which have been in Olympia, WA. Karen is certified by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
A lifelong resident of Olympia, Jill has spent 23 years in the Mortgage Banking/Finance industry in the Olympia area. Her extensive FHA/VA lending background includes 10+ years of processing. FHA Chums U/W approval certificate and underwriting and closing experience.
Andrea has worked in partnership with the local real estate community for the past 7 years, bringing her clients the lowest mortgage rates while reducing the cost of home ownership. She currently serves on the local Board of Realtors and is a State Certified Instructor for real estate agents.
Jeny is an Olympia, WA native who has worked in the residential mortgage industry for the last seven years.
Amanda grew up in Montana and moved to Olympia in 1998. She has extensive experience, having worked in both Title and Escrow departments for 7 years before joining Advantage Home Loans in 2005.
